Apucarana car collision involves BMW and Volkswagen Virtus

A violent car collision occurred on Saturday morning in Apucarana, Paraná, involving a BMW and a Volkswagen Virtus. Security footage captured the moment one vehicle flew over an elevated strip before striking the other.

The accident took place on Rua Nova Ucrânia, in front of the Mateus Leme Municipal School. Although the impact caused significant damage to both vehicles, the occupants—a woman driving the BMW and a couple in the Virtus—were not injured and declined medical assistance.

The BMW’s security system automatically alerted the Federal Highway Police (PRF) in Curitiba, which subsequently coordinated with the Emergency Mobile Care Service (Samu). The Military Police attended the scene to manage the incident.
