Apucarana hosts free legal and citizenship service event

The city of Apucarana is hosting the ‘Justiça no Bairro’ program at the José Antônio Basso Sports Complex (Lagoão) this Friday and Saturday. The initiative is a partnership between the Court of Justice of the State of Paraná (TJPR), the Apucarana City Hall, and Sesc Paraná.

Designed to assist low-income populations and those in social vulnerability, the event offers free citizenship services, document issuance, and legal guidance. Legal services provided by the TJPR include assistance with consensual divorce, shared custody, child support, and guardianship.

Additionally, the municipal government will provide social programs such as the ‘Feira Verde’, environmental services, and support through the Women's Secretariat. A mass wedding ceremony is also scheduled to take place at the Cine Teatro Fênix on Friday evening.
