IFSP Amplifica Program hosts lecture on focus and routine

The IFSP Amplifica Program will host a lecture titled ‘Ocupados ou distraídos? Foco, presença e sentido na rotina’ (Occupied or distracted? Focus, presence and meaning in routine) on August 26. Led by lawyer Claudiane Gomes Nascimento, the session aims to address the challenges of information overload and its impact on concentration, productivity, and quality of life. The initiative seeks to promote more conscious and balanced daily routines.

Developed by Professor Marina Kanthack Paccini Razze, the Amplifica project provides virtual lectures, workshops, and discussions to foster human and institutional development. The sessions are broadcast weekly on the IFSP YouTube channel.

In other educational developments, the University of Federal Goiás (UFG) held a debate cycle focused on transgender identity and inclusion, featuring psychiatrist Gabriel Graça. Additionally, in Apucarana, author Thais Jerônimo presented her book ‘A Era da Escuta’ (The Era of Listening), which explores the importance of communicative awareness and active listening in a fast-paced world.
