Apucarana inaugurates R$ 54 million in health and education projects
The city of Apucarana, Paraná, is set to inaugurate new health and education facilities following a total investment of R$ 54 million. The projects are a result of a partnership between Mayor Rodolfo Mota and Governor Ratinho Junior.
In the education sector, R$ 20 million was allocated to the construction of the Colégio Estadual Professora Godomá Bevilacqua de Oliveira in the Vila Reis district. The new facility, which will serve approximately 300 students, allows the municipal school system to relocate the Escola Municipal José de Alencar to a larger, dedicated space.
In healthcare, R$ 34 million was directed toward the Hospital da Providência. These funds were used for the construction of new maternal and child units, as well as the renovation and expansion of the existing hospital structure to provide more modern and humanized care.
