Apucarana police dog Rintin Tin dies

Rintin Tin, a K9 police dog from the 10th Military Police Battalion (10º BPM) Sector Kennel, died on Sunday, September 13, in Apucarana. The dog served in police operations throughout the Apucarana region.

The unit is holding a tribute to the animal on Tuesday, September 15, at the Sector Kennel headquarters. Corporal Augusto, a member of the kennel who had worked with Rintin Tin since the dog was 32 days old, noted that Rintin Tin was the first dog in the unit's history to successfully locate a suspect hiding in the woods.
