Brazil police respond to various domestic violence and public disturbance incidents

Police in Brazil have responded to several distinct incidents involving domestic violence and public disturbances. In Pomerode, a 42-year-old man was arrested after a 33-year-old woman reported being assaulted and threatened with death. The suspect reportedly resisted arrest, requiring additional officers to secure him.

In São Bernardo do Campo, authorities used a “pizza order” code to discreetly rescue a woman and her three-month-old baby from a domestic violence situation. Officers found the infant alone and covered in clothing that was obstructing its breathing.

In Apucarana, a report of a potential psychotic break led police and medical teams to an apartment, only to find a 27-year-old musician singing in his bathroom. The individual was calm and had only consumed alcohol.

Other reported incidents include a 60-year-old man arrested in Botucatu for violating a protective order by entering a victim's home to sleep, and a 15-year-old pregnant girl in Apucarana who reported being assaulted by her mother and three men.
