Apucarana residential project benefits 77 families

Seventy-seven families in Apucarana, Paraná, have received keys to their new homes at the Residencial Jardim Texas development. The project involved a total investment of R$ 17.8 million.

The state government provided a R$ 1.7 million contribution through the Casa Fácil Paraná program, which was used to subsidize the initial installments of the financing. The remaining R$ 16.1 million was used for the construction of the development, managed by FR Consultoria Imobiliária. Financing for the housing units is handled by Caixa Econômica Federal.

The new residential area includes complete infrastructure, such as water, electricity, and paved roads. The symbolic key handover ceremony was attended by Vice-Governor Darci Piana and Mayor Rodolfo Mota.
