Aqualis ASA to move listing from Oslo Børs to Euronext Growth
Consulting firm Aqualis ASA has announced it is starting the process to move its listing from the Oslo Børs to the simplified Euronext Growth Oslo marketplace. The company stated that the move is intended to reduce costs and better suit its current corporate phase.
The decision follows a change in Norwegian government policy regarding share savings accounts (aksjesparekonto). The Ministry of Finance confirmed in the national budget that, starting January 1, 2027, shares and equity certificates traded on Euronext Growth will be eligible for inclusion in these tax-advantaged accounts. Previously, such accounts were limited to securities listed on regulated markets, but the expansion will now include multilateral trading facilities like Euronext Growth to encourage investment in smaller and startup companies.
