Aquaservice posts €323 million revenue and eyes IPO

Aquaservice, the bottled‑water distributor operating in Spain and Portugal, reported €323 million in revenue for 2025, a 16% increase over the previous year. Net profit rose 41% to €25 million and the workforce grew by 215 employees to a total of 3,800, bringing the headcount to 3,595 after a series of hiring drives.

The company now serves around 900,000 customers from seven production sites and 82 regional delegations. In 2024 it acquired Portuguese rival Eden Springs, adding €13 million of business in Portugal and solidifying its position as the sector leader there. Aquaservice plans to double its size again within five years and is evaluating a stock‑market listing either in Spain or abroad, while maintaining a net debt of about €100 million. CEO Alberto Gutiérrez said the results reflect the effort of all teams and a sustainable business model that can combine growth with positive impact.
