Aqui ads appoints new marketing and commercial directors

Aqui ads, the Grupo Globo business unit serving small and medium enterprises (SMEs), has announced two new executive appointments to strengthen its leadership structure. The platform integrates media solutions across Out of Home (OOH), TV Globo, Globoplay streaming, digital channels, and radio.

Heloisa Lima has been appointed as Director of Marketing, Product, and Growth. She brings over 20 years of experience, with a background in communication and specializations in Applied Data Science and Generative Artificial Intelligence from MIT. Her career includes roles at major agencies such as DM9DDB, AlmapBBDO, Leo Burnett, and Africa Creative, as well as international experience at Tribal DDB in New York.

Luciane Garcia joins as Commercial Director. She possesses 17 years of experience in media, technology, and advertising, with a focus on television, digital, and programmatic media. Garcia holds an MBA in Digital Marketing from FGV and has previously held positions at Folha de S. Paulo, Record, OLX, Warner Bros. Discovery, and Yahoo/Verizon Media.
