Ağrı Women's Football Team targets promotion to 1st League

The Ağrı Women's Football Team, currently competing in the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) Women's 2nd League, has announced its goal to promote to the 1st League for the 2026-2027 season.

Under the management of Technical Director Önder Tunay, the team is conducting intensive training sessions at the Vali Lütfi Yiyenoğlu City Stadium, focusing on conditioning, technical skills, and tactics. The club is also actively working on transfers to strengthen the squad for the upcoming season.

Technical Director Önder Tunay credited the support of Ağrı Governor Önder Bozkurt as a vital factor in the team's ability to continue its preparations and pursue its promotion objectives.
