ARAA seeks audiovisual agency for livestock sanitary standards
The Regional Agency for Agriculture and Food (ARAA) has launched a call for applications to recruit a specialized audiovisual production agency. This initiative is part of the second phase of the West African Livestock Marketing Support Programme (PACBAO-2).
The project aims to increase awareness and implementation of sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) standards among stakeholders in the livestock and meat sectors. The goal is to secure commercial exchanges and protect public health by promoting international, ECOWAS, and UEMOA standards.
The selected provider will be responsible for creating interactive videos and audio capsules. These materials will be produced in French, English, Portuguese, and five local languages: Hausa, Bambara, Wolof, Yoruba, and Fulani. The content will be optimized for digital platforms, WhatsApp, community radio, and podcasts. Applications must be submitted by November 6, 2026.
