Arab Bank continues support for Healthy Schools Program

Arab Bank has extended its support for the Healthy Schools Program, an initiative implemented by the Royal Health Awareness Society in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health. The program aims to empower schools to implement national health standards, fostering a safe and healthy educational environment.

By the end of the 2025/2026 academic year, the cumulative number of student beneficiaries is expected to reach approximately 40,000. The program focuses on promoting healthy behaviors among students and school staff, including proper nutrition, physical activity, mental and social health, and the reduction of smoking within school premises.

The Royal Health Awareness Society recently held a ceremony to honor 139 schools across various governorates for meeting accreditation requirements for the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 academic years. Arab Bank was also recognized as a supporting partner through its ‘Ma’an’ social responsibility program, which targets health, education, poverty alleviation, environmental protection, orphan support, and women's empowerment.
