Arab Coalition conducts military operation against Houthi vital resources

The Arab Coalition forces supporting legitimacy in Yemen announced on Sunday the execution of a qualitative military operation aimed at neutralizing vital resources used by Houthi militias to support their combat operations.

Coalition spokesperson Major General Turki al-Malki stated that the operation was conducted in response to continued systematic attacks by the Houthi militia against civilians and civilian objects in both Yemen and Saudi Arabia. The coalition noted that the militia has been utilizing these vital resources to enhance military capabilities, specifically regarding ballistic missiles and drones.

The operation follows recent incidents, including the interception of ballistic missiles and drones launched toward Riyadh, the Eastern Province, Taif, and the Southern Region, as well as the destruction of missile launch sites in Sanaa. The coalition leadership emphasized that it will continue to take necessary operational measures to deter Houthi behavior and protect maritime navigation in the southern Red Sea.
