The Saudi-led Arab Coalition has launched a large-scale military operation in Yemen, targeting the Houthi militia's capabilities and ballistic missile network. According to coalition spokesperson Brigadier General Turki al-Maliki, the strikes have destroyed 136 military targets across various regions controlled by the group.

In a separate reported phase of operations, 82 military targets were destroyed in the provinces of Saada, Hodeidah, Al Jawf, and Marib. These actions follow Houthi attacks using drones and ballistic missiles against civilian infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, specifically targeting King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and Abha International Airport.

The coalition continues to provide 24-hour aerial support to the internationally recognized Yemeni government forces. Recent airstrikes have also hit various locations including Hodeidah International Airport, military headquarters in Ibb, and communication networks in Sanaa and Raymah.
