Aracaju electronics store fire and Maravilha commercial blaze in Brazil

A fire broke out at an electronics store in a gallery on João Pessoa Street in downtown Aracaju on Saturday, prompting the local fire brigade to activate the building’s hydrant system and hoses to contain the blaze. Firefighters conducted a follow‑up sweep, secured the area and advised those present.

Two days earlier, a separate fire erupted in Maravilha, igniting three nearby properties after a gas cylinder in a snack‑bar kitchen exploded. The flames spread to an abandoned house and a shop. No injuries were reported in either incident.
