Arada Group announces AED5bn twin-tower project in Gold Coast

UAE-based master developer Arada Group has announced a AED5 billion twin-tower residential project in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast. This development marks the company’s first expansion outside of New South Wales and represents its most significant commitment to the Australian market to date.

Designed by Plus Studio, the project will feature 952 residences ranging from one to three bedrooms across two towers connected by a landscaped podium. The development is scheduled for completion ahead of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Construction will be managed by Roberts Co, Arada’s construction subsidiary.

Amenities for residents will include a lagoon pool, lap pool, gym, sauna, steam room, and various wellness facilities, alongside communal terraces, private dining, and work-from-home spaces. The site, located opposite the Gold Coast Convention Centre, will also include approximately 1,200 square metres of ground-floor retail and hospitality space.
