Aragonese university leaders meet to promote female leadership

As part of its 20th anniversary institutional meetings, Directivas de Aragón held an encounter with women holding academic and management responsibilities in Aragonese universities. The meeting included Rosa Bolea, rector of the University of Zaragoza, and Silvia Carrascal, rector of San Jorge University, alongside various deans and directors.

The discussion focused on fostering talent, equality of opportunity, and the advancement of women into leadership and decision-making roles. Key objectives identified include connecting universities with the professional world, generating role models, and creating concrete actions to support women in assuming management responsibilities.
