Aragua authorities award academic honors to 111 graduates

In the José Félix Ribas municipality of Aragua, Venezuela, 111 high school graduates were awarded the ‘Escudo de la Victoria’ (Shield of Victory) for achieving the highest grade point averages in the recent school year.

The ceremony, held at the Teatro Ribas in La Victoria, was led by Aragua State Education Authority Leira Suárez and Mayor Juan Carlos Sánchez. In addition to the primary decorations, special mentions were given to the three students with the highest overall academic indices, and five outstanding students from across the municipality were specifically distinguished.
