Araguaína: Federal Highway Police officer falls during motorcycle pursuit

A Federal Highway Police (PRF) officer fell while attempting to pursue a motorcyclist on foot in Araguaína, Tocantins, on Wednesday. The incident occurred after the motorcyclist disobeyed an order to stop.

Witness footage shows the suspect performing illegal maneuvers, including driving over a central median and traveling against the flow of traffic to evade capture. During the attempt to intercept the vehicle, one officer exited the patrol car to chase the suspect on foot and fell onto the asphalt. The motorcyclist successfully escaped.

The PRF has identified the vehicle's license plate to assist in locating the suspect. The officer involved in the fall was not injured and is reported to be in good condition.
