Aranđelovac hosts poetic encounters for young regional authors

Serbian Minister Đorđe Milićević officially opened ‘Poetski susreti mladih regiona’ (Poetic Encounters of the Young Regions) in Aranđelovac. The literary event, organized by the Minister’s Cabinet in cooperation with the National Museum in Aranđelovac, brought together young authors from Serbia, the diaspora, and the surrounding region.

The initiative aims to create a space for young people to present their creative work, exchange experiences, and establish new connections. Minister Milićević emphasized that such gatherings are vital for the future of Serbia and for preserving the Serbian language and culture among compatriots living abroad.

Notable participants included Ana Ljubić from North Macedonia and Nikola Đurišić from Montenegro. The event focused on the importance of youth in maintaining cultural ties and strengthening the bond between the homeland and the diaspora.
