Arapongas motorcycle collision leaves man seriously injured

A motorcycle collision in Arapongas left a 29-year-old man seriously injured on Wednesday afternoon. The accident occurred at the intersection of Íbis and Uirapuru streets when one motorcycle attempted to overtake another on the right side while the other was making a right turn. The impact caused the rider to strike a utility pole.

Emergency responders from Siate reported that the victim suffered a moderate traumatic brain injury and a suspected fracture in his lower limb. A Municipal Guard patrol and a passing physician provided initial assistance at the scene.
