Arapongas residents identify poor paving as top infrastructure issue

A public consultation in Arapongas has identified deteriorated asphalt and potholes as the primary infrastructure concern for residents. According to data released by the city government, 70% of the 424 participants in the survey cited paving failures as the most significant issue in their neighborhoods.

Other major complaints included a lack of sidewalk accessibility (35%) and overgrown vegetation on vacant lots (31%). While road infrastructure and mobility dominated spontaneous suggestions for urgent improvements, the population identified public health as the top priority for the allocation of federal and municipal resources, accounting for 38% of responses.
