Arasan Chip Systems to participate in MIPI I3C interoperability testing in Taipei
Arasan Chip Systems has announced its participation in the MIPI I3C interoperability testing event scheduled for October 19-20, 2026, in Taipei. The company intends to test its portfolio of I3C intellectual property (IP), including its I3C Host IP, I3C Dual Mode IP, and I3C Device IP, alongside its proprietary licensable I3C software stack.
Arasan is currently testing its I3C Host IP against the latest I3C HCI v1.2 specifications, which includes its Linux software stack and I3C Hardware Development Kit (HDK). The company’s I3C IP is designed to integrate with its existing MIPI CSI-2, C-PHY, and D-PHY IP cores to facilitate camera sensor control. Arasan reports that its I3C IP has already been licensed by more than 25 companies and is silicon-proven in multiple production system-on-chips (SoCs).
