Araucária City Hall advances land regularization for 18 lots

The Araucária City Hall is advancing the land regularization process for 18 lots in the Costeira neighborhood, specifically within the Jardim Chantilly area. The Municipal Housing Secretariat (SMH) recently met with residents of Rua Bernardo Martini to outline the steps required to formalize property ownership under Federal Law No. 13.465/2017, which governs Urban Land Regularization (Reurb).

The initiative covers a total area of 4,355 square meters. A georeferenced survey of the block was completed on September 10, allowing technical work to proceed. For many residents who have lived in these properties for 30 to 40 years, the process offers legal security and the ability to obtain definitive deeds, which facilitates activities such as selling property or opening businesses.

Mayor Gustavo Botogoski participated in the meeting, noting that this is the first land regularization process conducted by the newly created Municipal Housing Secretariat.
