Arc mainnet fees drop 96.7% following launch volatility

Six days after its launch, Arc mainnet fees have reportedly declined by 96.7% from initial first-day levels. This sharp compression suggests a transition from the high volatility and congestion typical of a network opening toward a period of stabilization.

While Arc’s decentralized exchange (DEX) volume saw a significant drop—falling from $410.82 million on launch day to approximately $47.6 million recently—other metrics indicate growing institutional interest. The network’s total value locked (TVL) stands at $347.44 million, reflecting a 1.45% increase in the last 24 hours, supported by $6.9 million in net inflows.

Stablecoin supply on the network has reached $628.47 million, with USDC comprising 99.06% of that total. Lending activity also shows growth, with Morpho Blue holding $192.27 million in TVL and Aave V4 holding $127.38 million, suggesting that capital is being deployed into lending protocols rather than exiting the ecosystem.
