ARC Raiders replaces Raider Decks with new Reward Pass system

Embark Studios is overhaulng the progression system in ARC Raiders, replacing the existing Raider Decks with a new Reward Pass system. This change is scheduled to launch on October 8, 2026, as part of the Frozen Trail update.

The transition is a response to imbalances in the game's economy. Developers noted that players were accumulating excessive amounts of in-game currency, known as Cred, allowing them to instantly complete new Raider Decks upon release. This accumulation diminished the sense of progression and incentive to complete in-game challenges.

The new Frozen Trail Reward Pass features 60 levels and two parallel tracks: a free track and a premium track. The free track provides access to weapons, gadgets, base outfits, and up to 200 Raider Tokens. The premium track, which costs 1,150 Raider Tokens, offers additional customization options such as exclusive hairstyles, legendary weapon stencils, and premium outfit modifications. Players who complete the premium track can earn up to 1,150 tokens back. Additionally, a free Legacy Pass will be introduced to allow players to unlock rewards they may have missed from previous Raider Decks.
