ARCA audits OnlyFans creators in Argentina for undeclared income

The Agency for Collection and Customs Control (ARCA) in Argentina has issued notices to OnlyFans creators regarding allegedly undeclared income. The electronic audits target individuals with detected earnings ranging between $200,000 and $300,000 for the 2022 to 2024 fiscal periods.

Some affected creators have claimed they never received these funds, stating that third parties managed their accounts. One individual estimated total liabilities, including taxes, interest, and fines, could exceed $150 million. ARCA described the initiative as an electronic induction campaign designed to encourage taxpayers to submit omitted sworn declarations or provide supporting documentation if the detected data is incorrect.
