Multiplan posts record Q2 profit, 62% surge

Multiplan reported a net profit of R$ 427.4 million for the second quarter of 2026, a rise of 61.7 % compared with the same period a year earlier and the third‑largest profit in the company’s history. Net revenue reached R$ 846.8 million, up 22 % YoY, while EBITDA climbed to R$ 699.2 million, a 52 % increase, lifting the EBITDA margin to 82.6 % (up 16 percentage points).

The results were boosted by the recognition of roughly R$ 253 million in PIS/Cofins tax credits after a methodological review. Shopping‑center occupancy averaged 96.2 % during the quarter, and the company recorded an FFO of R$ 515.7 million, up 76.3 % YoY. Multiplan highlighted continued expansion of its portfolio, higher service and parking revenues, and disciplined cost management as drivers of the strong performance.
