Archgoat releases tenth album ‘Nightbringer, Lightbringer’

Finnish black and death metal band Archgoat has released their tenth full-length album, titled ‘Nightbringer, Lightbringer’. The album, which follows a five-year hiatus between records, is scheduled for official release on September 11, 2026, via the French label Debemur Morti Productions.

Recorded in February at Malmi Dungeon studios with production by Teemu Velin, the eleven-track album maintains the band’s signature hostile sound while incorporating atmospheric synthesizers, melodic guitar lines, and punk-influenced elements. The artwork for the release was created by Chris Moyen. The band, active since 1989, continues to blend first-generation black metal with death metal and grindcore influences.
