Archicom completes second stage of Flow development in Łódź

Archicom, a developer from the Echo Group, has received occupancy permits for the second stage of its Flow mixed-use investment located in the New Center of Łódź. The completed stage consists of two 11-story buildings with a total usable area of 14,597 square meters, comprising 314 apartments and 13 service premises.

More than 80% of the apartments in this stage have already been sold, with remaining availability primarily consisting of units between 25 and 50 square meters. The development is situated on a 2-hectare site between the Łódź Fabryczna station, the EC1 Miasto Kultury complex, Brama Miasta, and the planned Kobro Market.

The project is ongoing, with the third stage currently under construction. The developer is also preparing for the fourth and fifth stages, with the entire project expected to encompass five buildings and 1,250 apartments by late 2028 or 2029.
