Archicom pushes forward residential projects in Poznań and Warsaw

Polish developer Archicom is finalising its Esencja II investment in the historic Old Town of Poznań. The mixed‑use complex will contain 118 apartments, nine commercial premises and a publicly accessible pocket park. Construction is in the finishing stage, with the first residents expected to receive keys in the fourth quarter of 2026. The building features a distinctive cascading façade and varied apartment layouts.

At the same time, Archicom has submitted plans for a new residential estate on Postępu 2 in Warsaw. The scheme will replace an existing two‑storey office block with five new buildings ranging from five to nine storeys, providing about 420 apartments of 25‑82 m². The development includes underground parking, green courtyards, public amenities and the planting of 43 new trees while preserving 60 existing ones. Streets Postępu and Bokserska will be renovated as part of the project.
