Architect Duje Kaliterna and marketing specialist Sandra Visconti have opened an eight‑room boutique hotel, Palazzo Viridis Heritage, in the historic village of Milna on the island of Brač, Croatia. The property is a 19th‑century stone house protected as a cultural monument, which they restored and redesigned while preserving its original character.

Kaliterna, known for designing boutique hotels, handled the architectural renovation, while Visconti managed the branding and guest experience. The partners emphasized a personal vision of hospitality that blends historic preservation with modern comforts, aiming to offer guests an intimate stay that reflects the island’s authentic atmosphere.
