Architect Ludmila Carrere specializes in neuroarchitecture
Architect Ludmila Carrere, a graduate of the Catholic University of Santa Fe, has completed the University Master's in Neuroarchitecture at the University of Alicante in Spain. This program is noted as the first Spanish-language master's degree dedicated specifically to the field.
Carrere received exceptional admission to the program while completing her final architecture studies. She graduated as an architect in December 2024 and finished her master's degree in 2025 with honors. Her thesis focused on the design of school courtyards to enhance creative experiences for children aged 6 to 9 through an inclusive approach, incorporating sensory integration and cognitive accessibility.
Neuroarchitecture is a discipline that examines how built environments influence human behavior by combining neuroscience, environmental psychology, and neurotechnology with the design process to improve how people interact with spaces.
