Architectural initiatives planned for Pescara stadium and Angera lakeside

The Stadio Adriatico in Pescara will host an architectural seminar and exhibition on October 24 at the Maiella tribune. Organized by the Order of Architects of Pescara, the event features original projects by designer Luigi Piccinato. The initiative aims to explore how sports structures integrate into modern urban fabrics and transform the stadium into a cultural study center.

In Angera, students from the Politecnico di Milano will present urban planning proposals for the lakeside areas on November 1. The project, titled ‘Verso il futuro di Angera’, focuses on locations such as the area near Rocca Borromeo and the lakeside strip between Piazza Garibaldi and Viale della Repubblica. The study incorporated feedback from over 250 local residents to align future urban scenarios with community needs.
