Located at 44 Azafranal Street, the 1935 structure designed by architect Francisco Gil is noted for its distinctive red plaster and green railings. The building holds the highest level of municipal structural protection.
In Novelda, the Casa Modernista is hosting a new exhibition titled ‘Divino femenino’ organized by the Fundación Mediterráneo. The showcase explores the representation of women and nature through paintings, sculptures, and historical objects, including works by Adelardo Parrilla and Mariano Benlliure. The exhibition marks the first official act of Matías Pérez Such as president of the foundation following the passing of Luis Boyer.
