Architecture events announced in Meda and Liguria

Several architectural cultural events are scheduled in Italy. In Meda, the Pro Loco PRO MEDA and the CFP Giuseppe Terragni will host a presentation for the book ‘La Villa Bianca di Giuseppe Terragni’ by Mattia Savioni and Lorenzo Cavalca on October 1, 2026. The event includes institutional greetings, a lecture on Terragni’s life and works, and a discussion regarding the Villa Bianca. Additionally, a distributed art exhibition titled ‘Omaggio al Razionalismo’ will be displayed in local shop windows throughout the week.

In Liguria, the IN/ARCHITETTURA 2026 awards will recognize significant architectural contributions. The ‘Maledetti Architetti’ group has been awarded the regional Bruno Zevi Prize for the dissemination of architectural culture, while the studio led by Marco Ciarlo received the 2026 regional Career Award. The awards ceremony is set for October 9 in Genoa and will feature a roundtable discussion and a keynote lecture.
