Arcos Dorados named top company for women in Argentina

Arcos Dorados, the operator of McDonald’s in Argentina, has been ranked as the top company for women in the country for organizations with more than 1,000 employees. This recognition comes from the sixth edition of the ‘Great Place to Work: Best Places to Work for Women 2026’ ranking.

The study, conducted by Great Place to Work, analyzed 250 companies and incorporated feedback from over 31,000 female employees. The ranking evaluates workplace experiences based on dimensions such as trust, respect, equity, pride, and camaraderie. A key finding of this edition was that for companies on the list, the work experiences of women and men showed almost no differences across the analyzed dimensions.

In the category of large companies, Pedidos Ya and Philip Morris Argentina followed Arcos Dorados in second and third place, respectively. Other notable companies in the top ten for large organizations include Banco Patagonia, DHL, Green Armor, SanCor Salud, EY, Softtek, and Itti.

In the mid-sized category (251 to 1,000 employees), Hilton took the top spot, followed by Universidad Siglo 21 and Oldelval. For companies with up to 250 employees, the leaders were Hotel Saint George, ABN Digital, and Webflow. GEA Logistics led the ranking for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
