Arcos Dorados targets 600 new restaurant openings by 2030

Arcos Dorados, the largest McDonald’s operator in Latin America and the Caribbean, has unveiled a multiyear growth strategy during its 2026 Investor Day. The plan focuses on restaurant development, digital capabilities, margin improvement, and free-cash-flow generation.

The company aims to open between 550 and 600 cumulative restaurants from 2027 through 2030. This expansion is expected to be supported by total capital expenditures ranging from $1.3 billion to $1.5 billion. For the immediate 2026 period, the company reaffirmed expectations for 105 to 115 restaurant openings with capital expenditures between $275 million and $325 million.

Management outlined a long-term growth framework targeting total revenue growth in the mid- to high-single-digit range and adjusted EBITDA growth in the high-single- to low-double-digit range. CEO Luis Raganato stated the primary objective is to create shareholder value through resilient financial performance and sustainable cash generation.
