Arc'teryx unveils new technical outdoor collections

Vancouver-based outdoor brand Arc'teryx has introduced two distinct product lines: the Walk Gently collection and the Postour Boot.

The Walk Gently collection is a creative collaboration with Indigenous artist Cole Sparrow-Crawford. Inspired by Salish winter traditions, the Fall/Winter 2026 lineup reinterprets traditional garments through technical lenses, such as transforming deerskin cloaks into GORE-TEX shells and Cowichan sweaters into insulated jackets. The initiative aims to center Indigenous storytelling and directs proceeds back into the communities being celebrated.

In footwear, the brand released the Postour Boot, a GORE-TEX-lined winter boot designed for recovery. The boot features a unique design with a removable insulated inner shoe that functions as a slipper. Technical specifications include a Vibram Arctic Grip outsole for traction on ice, GORE-TEX Invisible Fit waterproofing, and a flexible collar designed to keep snow out.
