Romanian companies report diverse H1 2026 financial results

Several Romanian companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange reported their financial results for the first half of 2026, showing varied performance across the technology, aerospace, and consumer sectors.

AROBS Transilvania Software reported significant growth, with consolidated turnover reaching 292 million lei, a 36% increase from H1 2025, and net profit rising 121% to approximately 23 million lei. The company is currently focusing on integrating recent acquisitions through its One AROBS model.

In the aerospace sector, IAR SA Ghimbav saw its net profit quadruple to 32.2 million lei compared to the previous year, despite a 19.6% decline in turnover to 155.9 million lei. The company attributed the profit increase to production that had not yet been delivered.

Arctic Stream, an IT infrastructure and cybersecurity integrator, saw its consolidated operating revenue more than triple to 96.3 million lei, resulting in a consolidated net profit of 6.95 million lei. Connections also reported strong performance, with a 97% increase in net profit, driven by its GovTech and public software services.

Conversely, Purcari Wineries reported a 6.8% decrease in revenues to 182.2 million lei, though it achieved a 6% increase in EBITDA due to operational efficiencies and stricter spending discipline.
