Arcus Hotel successfully restructured following insolvency plan

The Arcus Hotel in Vaterstetten, near Munich, has been successfully restructured following an insolvency plan. Creditors of the operator, Belvista Hotelbetriebs GmbH, voted unanimously to approve the plan developed by insolvency administrator Ivo-Meinert Willrodt.

The Munich District Court has confirmed the plan, and the insolvency proceedings are expected to be lifted by the end of June. The restructuring ensures the continuity of the family-run business, which operates 50 rooms. All 20 jobs will be retained, and existing customer and supplier relationships are to be maintained.

According to the insolvency administrator, the plan provides a sustainable solution for the business while offering creditors an expected quota of approximately 24 percent, which exceeds the results of alternative liquidation options.
