ARD crime series ‘Die Toten am Meer’ releases fourth film
The fourth installment of the ARD crime series ‘Die Toten am Meer’, titled ‘Tod eines Pastors’, is scheduled for release in the ARD Mediathek starting Thursday, September 24.
Directed by Stephan Rick and written by Julia Drache, the film is inspired by the Rungholt legend of the North Sea. The plot follows investigators Ria Larson and Michael Brandt as they encounter two bizarre cases: the discovery of Pastor Christian Oltmann's body in the Wadden Sea and a dead pig found on farmer Helge Rikert's field wearing an oversized clerical robe.
