Ardahan is emerging as a new destination for caravan tourists seeking nature and tranquility. Local authorities are working to enhance the city's tourism potential by improving infrastructure and creating suitable camping areas.

During a recent visit, a group of caravan enthusiasts was hosted at the historic Ardahan Castle by Uğur Dede, the Acting Director of Culture and Tourism. Leyla Özdağ, the former president of the National Camping and Caravan Federation, praised the region's natural suitability for caravan travel and recommended Ardahan to other enthusiasts.
