Arengo project to offer 139 municipal social housing units

The Arengo project is set to launch a municipal notice in November to rent out 139 social housing units located in historic centers and various districts. Funded by 90 million euros through the Pinqua grant, the initiative aims to repopulate the city by offering apartments with monthly rents ranging from 400 to 700 euros, depending on location, size, and furnishings.

Applicants must fall within a specific income bracket, with ISEE values between 14,044 and 39,701.19 euros. The project includes high-end properties such as those in Palazzo Saladini Pilastri and covers locations including San Domenico, the former Vecchi barracks, and several outlying hamlets. The administration intends to finalize rankings and assignments by next spring following a structured review process.
