Arequipa woman recovers lost dog after four-day search

In Arequipa, Peru, a woman named Martina Anco successfully recovered her dog, Bruno, after a four-day search. Anco, who had traveled from Espinar to visit family, reported that her four-year-old dog disappeared while at a shopping center in the Cerro Colorado district.

After being unable to access security footage from the establishment, Anco filed a police report and launched a search campaign involving posters and social media. The situation concluded when a young man contacted her requesting a 700 soles reward. Following a verification of the dog's identity via photograph, the reunion took place at Parque del Avión.
