Ares S1 supercar receives European homologation
The Modena-based automotive company Ares has achieved European homologation for its S1 supercar. This milestone was obtained through the EU Individual Vehicle Approval procedure under Article 44 of Regulation (EU) 2018/858.
The S1 features a carbon fiber body and a mid-rear mounted 6.2-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine producing 495 CV. It is equipped with an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission and rear-wheel drive. The vehicle can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in approximately 2.9 seconds, reaching a top speed of 305 km/h.
