CAIEC celebrates 50 years of business operations in Cesena

The CAIEC business consortium celebrated its 50th anniversary at the Teatro Verdi in Cesena. Founded in 1976 by eleven electricians, the organization has grown into a major entity with a turnover of 36 million euros, 400,000 euros in profit, and 8 million euros in assets.

The event, attended by approximately 280 people including local authorities and former members, featured the presentation of a book by Paolo Pingani documenting the consortium's history. Current president Andrea Baraghini highlighted the organization's evolution from a purchasing group to a provider of diverse business services.

Other regional developments in Italy include Santarcangelo reaching a 47.5% coverage rate for municipal nursery schools, a 5 million euro energy efficiency project for a facility in Teramo, and new infrastructure plans for cemeteries in Santarcangelo and Arezzo.
