Arezzo police investigate death of man found in hospital parking lot

Authorities in Arezzo, Italy, are investigating the death of 40-year-old Mirko Frescucci, whose body was discovered in the early hours of September 12 in a dirt parking lot behind the San Donato Hospital. The area is adjacent to Pionta Park.

Investigators are examining multiple theories, including homicide and self-harm.
