Argeș road modernization begins on DJ 739 in Vulturești

Modernization works are set to begin on a 2-kilometer section of the DJ 739 county road in Argeș, Romania. The project covers the stretch between Bârzești (DN 73D), Negrești, Zgripcești, and Beleți within the Vulturești commune.

The infrastructure project includes more than just resurfacing; it involves the construction of concrete ditches, gutters, and culverts at lateral road intersections and property access points, as well as the development of road shoulders.

Funding for the project is provided through the ‘Anghel Saligny’ National Investment Program and the local budget. The estimated duration for the works is 17 months. This initiative is part of a broader effort by the Argeș County Council, which has secured funding for 12 infrastructure projects through the ‘Anghel Saligny’ program.
